By accessing or using the Zonewise service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Zonewise provides data and compliance checking related to Low Emission Zones (LEZ) across Europe. The Service includes zone boundary data, vehicle compliance checks, and related information delivered via a REST API and website.

No Guarantees

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of zone data or compliance results
• The continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the Service
• The suitability of the Service for any particular purpose

Low Emission Zone regulations change frequently. While we strive to keep data current, there may be delays between official regulation changes and updates to our data.

No Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Incorrect or outdated compliance check results
• Wrong, incomplete, or missing zone boundary data
• Fines, penalties, or other consequences resulting from reliance on the Service
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Service
• Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service

You are solely responsible for verifying vehicle compliance with local authorities before entering any Low Emission Zone.

No Availability Guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The Service may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
